Abstract

XXX International Conference on Photonic, Electronic, and Atomic Collisions, Cairns, Australia, 25 Jul 2017 - 1 Aug 2017 ; Journal of physics / Conference Series 875, 032033(2017). doi:10.1088/1742-6596/875/4/032033<br />Photoionization of endohedral ${{\rm{Sc}}}_{3}{{\rm{N@C}}}_{80}^{+}$ fullerene ions is investigated using synchrotron radiation in the energy range 280 to 420 eV. In the product channels ${{\rm{Sc}}}_{3}{{\rm{N@C}}}_{80}^{2+}$ and ${{\rm{Sc}}}_{3}{{\rm{N@C}}}_{78}^{2+}$ clear signaiures of the cross section contributions arising from L-shell photoabsorption by the encapsulated Sc atoms have been detected.<br />Published by IOP Publ., Bristol
