Abstract: Nanostructure-induced L10-ordering of twinned single-crystals in CoPt ferromagnetic nanowires on Si/SiO2 substrates is demonstrated, where nanostructure-induced L10-ordering is driven by ultrasmall 10 nm-scale curvature radii of the nanowires.
