Abstract

IFN-� ELISpot raw data to validate antigen immunogenicity in patients of origin. Antigens with a significant increased immunogenicity (grey bars and asterisks) or 1.3-fold increased levels of immune responses (grey bars) were further validated in a bigger study sample of healthy individuals and lower-grade glioma patients.
