Abstract
- Jerome had just earned his MBA and was determined to realize his dreams, so he started his own business as a financial advisor. After long and careful screening, he had found a nice office in one of the prestigious office buildings in Main Street. He was proud of his new location and had it furnished with very expensive looking furniture. On his second day at the office, Jerome saw a man entering the lobby right outside his office, and he shot into high gear right away. Jerome was throwing figures left and right and made some sharp commitments before hanging up. Then he eyed his visitor and said, “Good morning!
