Abstract
- Since 1975, behavioral science solutions for important problems of pediatric practice have been well established. Analysis of current research trends in behavioral science indicates that this interdisciplinary collaboration is likely to expand greatly in three areas: the use of behavioral procedures to remediate routine behavior and developmental problems; the analysis of the medical setting and its effect on children; and the direct modification of biological conditions by behavioral means.
