This position paper is the results of the work carried out by theZielone SąsiedztwoMulti-Actor Platform,which reflect onsustainability and resilience of value chains and entrepreneurship given the current macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions challenging the value chains and enterprises in an unprecedented way.The document outlines the need ofpolicies because these are not sufficient and must be significantly strengthened and reshaped to offer effective response to the challenges faced by rural areas. &nbsp
