Abstract
- A 39-year-old man, painter by profession, presented with symptoms of heart failure. His work up was unrevealing except for elevated blood lead levels (BLL). He was started on guideline-directed medical therapy and was referred to occupational therapy. No improvement in his ejection fraction was noted until his BLL decreased.
