Abstract: This repository contains three zipped folders: 1. bin.zip: The scripts and files to be placed into the bin directory. 2. pre-processing.zip: Initial preprocessing scripts for generating maximum intensity projections and their summary documents. 3. test.zip: Twodatasets containing confocal microscope z-stack image files (.lif) of larvalbrains ofzebrafishmutants of two autism risk genes (Weinschutz Mendes et al. 2023).
