Abstract
- The {beta}-adducin gene (ADD2) is a membrane skeleton protein expressed in a wide variety of cells and tissues. Using in situ hybridization, we have localized the ADD2 gene to human chromosome 2p13-p14. It is hoped that this information will be useful for identifying genes involved in inherited disorders on chromosome 2. 8 refs., 1 fig.
