Abstract
- Three cases are reported of femoral neuropathy in patients receiving oral anticoagulants. After consideration of the pertinent anatomy, possible pathogenesis and CT demonstration, spontaneous hematoma of the iliac muscle is suggested as the cause of the femoral neuropathy.
