Abstract

Previous studies indicated that the anticancer agent adriamycin (ADR) could induce activation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) and natural killer cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of ADR on the susceptibility of human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cells to lysis by peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).
