Abstract: We present a case of pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma (PSP) - (Formerly known as pulmonary sclerosing haemangioma) which was successfully treated with definitive radical external beam radiation therapy (EBRT). To our knowledge, such a treatment response has not been described in the literature.
