Abstract
- Niceritrol, 750 to 1000 mg/day, produced and maintained a decrease in serum lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] levels over a 12-month treatment period. Reductions in Lp(a) were more prominent in patients who had pretreatment Lp(a) levels >30 mg/dl than in patients with initial Lp(a) levels
