Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to indicate the opportunities for the small local producers of specific food products on the HoReCa market in Plovdiv region. The research presents some specific data from conducted interviews among several small food producers in the area. Consequently, the research paper indicates a direct correlation and a possible market niche for a specific group of food products on the examined market segment.
