Modernization of the quality system for the production of the gas analyzer 'Polar'

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Модернизация системы качества производства газоанализатора «Полар». Данная работа посвящена анализу производственного процесса на примере организации ООО «Промэкоприбор», а также анализу и модернизации одного из Ð²Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² сфере менеджмента качества на производстве. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1 Анализ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² в области управления качеством 2. Разработка ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ элементов процесса производства 4.Анализ производственного процесса 5.Анализ документации в сфере менеджмента качества на производстве 6. Модернизация документа в сфере менеджмента качества В данной работе были рассмотрен стандарт ГОСТ РИСО 9001-2015, его основные пункты, которые используются на предприятии ООО ”Промэкоприбор”. Был произведен анализ производственного процесса изготовления газоанализатора «Полар», и представлена ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° алгоритма производственного процесса. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ анализа не было выявлено ÑÐ»Ð°Ð±Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑÑ‚. Из чего следует, что ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° производства составлена правильно и работает исправно, но если потребуется модернизация газоанализатора, то ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð°, представленная в данной работе, послужит основой для корректировки производственного процесса в будущем на Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¿Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð°. В результате выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы была модернизирована служебная записка, которая является важным документом, содержащим важную информацию о средстве измерения. Без данной записки нельзя отдавать новые газоанализаторы в метрологическую службу.
Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: The theme of the final qualification work: "Modernization of the quality system for the production of the gas analyzer "Polar". This work is devoted to the analysis of the production process on the example of the organization LLC "Promekopribor", as well as the analysis and modernization of one of the important documents in the field of quality management in production. 1 Analysis of international documents in the field of quality management 2. Modernization of the document in the field of quality management In this paper, the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard, its main points, which are used at the LLC Promekopribor enterprise, were considered. An analysis was made of the production process for the manufacture of the Polar gas analyzer, and a diagram of the production process algorithm was presented. The analysis revealed no weaknesses. From which it follows that the production scheme is drawn up correctly and works properly, but if the gas analyzer needs to be upgraded, then the scheme presented in this paper will serve as the basis for adjusting the production process in the future at different stages of production. As a result of the completion of the final qualification work, the memo was modernized, which is an important document containing important information about the measuring instrument. Without this note, you cannot give new gas analyzers to the metrological service.
