Alba Patera: A possible trace of a corona structure on Mars

Abstract
- Alba Patera is a unique volcanic structure on Mars. It is suggested that it might be an ancient coronal structure buried under the thick volcanic material of the Tharsis Bulge (Illes, 1996).
