Abstract: We report 40 cases of malignant centrofacial ulcerations included in the SNFMI/GMCF protocol because of negative first biopsies. A performing biopsy protocol enabled to identify 27 of them as malignant lymphomas, which proced to be extraordinarily difficult to treat, except for those able to be given radiation therapy.
