Copulas and fuzzy implications

Abstract

We introduce a new method for constructing fuzzy implications based on arbitrary two copulas and some fuzzy implication. Our approach covers two well-known constructions of fuzzy implications based on an arbitrary single copula. We also discuss some properties of the proposed method and provide several interesting examples.
