Solid complexes from 2-benzylideniminobenzo-hydroxamic, 2-pyrilideniminobenzohydroxamic and 2-salicylideniminobenzohydroxamic acids with Fe(III) and Cu

The solid complexes that 2-benzylideniminobenzohydroxamic, 2-pyrilideniminobenzo-hydroxamic and 2-salicylideniminobenzohydroxamic acids form with Fe(III) and Cu(II) ions have been isolated. The six complexes have been characterized by chemical analysis and IR spectroscopy. Their thermal behaviour has also been studied.
