Modulated differential scanning calorimetry: Investigation at structural phase transitions

Modulated DSC was used to investigate the specific heat around ferroelectric phase transitions. This method has been extended to investigations of slow relaxations within the time domain. For this purpose a suitable cooling assembly is proposed working with liquid nitrogen as well as with liquid helium as a coolant.
