Improving the financial mechanism in the health care organization

Объектом исследования является система финансирования учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ СПБ ГБУЗ «Стоматологическая поликлиника № 20». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является поиск путей повышения уровня Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² и объема финансового обеспечения для совершенствования Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° финансирования учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрена система финансирования на примере учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ СПБ ГБУЗ «Стоматологическая поликлиника №20», где источниками Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² являются как средства бюджета и средства системы обязательного медицинского ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ, так и средства от предпринимательской деятельности. На основе анализа финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ выявлены основные причины дефицита финансирования, предложены и обоснованы меры по совершенствованию Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° финансирования. Реализация Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€ приведет к привлечению дополнительного Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° учреждения и увеличению потока клиентов.
The object of the study is the system of financing of health care institution St. Petersburg State Medical Academy «Dental Polyclinic №20». The purpose of the final qualifying work is to find ways to increase the level of income and the volume of financial support to improve the financing mechanism of a health care institution. In the final qualifying work, the financing system is considered on the example of a health care institution of the St. Petersburg State Medical Academy «Dental Polyclinic №20», where sources of income are both budget funds and funds from the compulsory health insurance system, and funds from business activities. Based on the analysis of the financial and economic activities of of the health care institution, the main reasons for the funding shortfall have been identified, and measures to improve the funding mechanism have been proposed and substantiated. The implementation of these measures will lead to attracting additional income for the institution and an increase in the flow of clients.
