System of Metabolic Gases Transportation: Simulation and Parameters Estimation by Noninvasive Technique

The purpose of this study was analysis of relationships between parameters of metabolic gases transportation system in men or animals and dynamics of gases contents in alveolar and box spaces. The analysis is based on lumped parameter mathematical modeling. The full system of equations and reductions of governing equations are considered. The modeling is used for interpretation of experimental data on O2, CO2 and CO contents in a chamber with a Macaca mulatta monkey.
