Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of improving the veterinary and sanitary state of the dairy industry. Satisfactory quality and food safety of products is a necessary minimum of consumer requirements. Searches for ways to improve production and working conditions will always remain relevant for dairy industry, and for any other alike. The following methods: general logic, observation, comparison, practical methods were used in the work. In the course of the work, it was revealed that the implementation of working procedures, sanitary audits, visualization with the help of «lessons on one sheet» help to improve the veterinary and sanitary conditions of dairy production. The practical proposal is to introduce working procedures, «lessons on one sheet», as well as regular sanitary audits everywhere to improve the sanitary and hygienic condition of enterprises.
