The effects of negative expectancies on itch-related avoidance behavior?

The current study is a within-subjects experimental study assessing the effects of negative itch-expectancies on avoidance behavior. A total of 34 participants will be included the study. Each participant will undergo four phases: baseline itch measure, expectancy acquisition phase, avoidance acquisition phase, and avoidance test phase.
