- Тема вÑпÑÑкной квалиÑикаÑионной ÑабоÑÑ: «ÐлиÑние паÑамеÑÑов пÑоÑÑейÑÐ¸Ñ Â Ð³ÐµÐ½Ð½ÑÑ ÑеÑей на ÑÑм». ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð±Ð°ÐºÐ°Ð»Ð°Ð²ÑÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑабоÑа поÑвÑÑена ÑиÑÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸ÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑавнениÑ Ðанжевена. Ðа оÑнове ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð½Ð°ÑÑнÑÑ ÑÑаÑей бÑло иÑÑледовано оÑновное кинеÑиÑеÑкое ÑÑавнение Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸ÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑеакÑий и его пÑиближение - ÑÑавнение Ðанжевена. Ðнализ полÑÑеннÑÑ ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов показал, ÑÑо ÑÑавнение Ðанжевена Ñ Ð¾ÑоÑо пÑиближаеÑ ÑеÑение оÑновного Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸ÑеÑкого ÑÑавнениÑ.<br />The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Influence of parameters of the simplest gene networks on noise». This paper is devoted to numerical modeling of the Langevin equation. Based on existing scientific articles, the chemical master equation and its approximation, the Langevin equation, were investigated. As a model for the study, the birth-death model was chosen, which can be considered as an approximation of the simplest genetic systems. This model was considered in three variations: the simplest birth-death model, the birth-death model with negative feedback, and the birth-death model with positive feedback. The paper contains the results of numerical simulation of the Langevin equation for various parameters of the model. In addition, for the simplest birth-death model, an exact solution of the basic chemical equation is constructed. Analysis of the results showed that the Langevin equation approximates the solution of the basic chemical equation well.
