Nonequilibrium steady states of electrons and holes in semiconductors

Abstract
- We find that the input light intensity as a function of electron and hole density in semiconductors shows nonlinearity which describes bistability of nonequilibrium fermion states. Our model can describe the hysteresis phenomenon observed in electron-hole droplets.
