Abstract
- Results of laboratory studies on depositing metallic replicas by chemical reduction from aqueous solutions of copper and a copper-nickel alloy are presented. Data of quantitative measurements of the strength of cohesion with steel metallographic specimens and of the reflectivity of the replicas are discussed. The method for controlling microstructure with the help of replicas deposited by chemical reduction has been tested under the conditions of thermal power plants.
