Dynamic Properties of Layer Reinforced by Two Families of Fibres

The object of this theoretical investigation is to determine dynamic properties of such a layer which can provide a standard against which we may compare the results of non-destructive evaluation measurements. It is shown that phase velocity of such waves strongly depends on both direction of propagation and angle between two families of fibres.
