Abstract

The problem of high-frequency electromagnetic field at the workplace is critical due to its effect on the operators of technological machines. For this reason., the exposure to electromagnetic fields at the workplace should be subject to regular monitoring. The evaluation and assessment of adverse health effects and safety risks should be carried out on the basis of measurements or calculations at the workplace. The method for measuring electromagnetic fields emitted in machines area and devices at the workplace is standardised. Therefore., measurement results obtained for different technological machines under industrial conditions can be compared. This study investigates the high-frequency electromagnetic field emitted in CNC machine tools area (DMU 65 Mono Block., DMC 635V., DMG MORI Highlights LASERTEC 65 Shape.
