Abstract
- We report on design, computer modeling, and experimental evaluation of delay lines fabricated with Nb, NbN, and YBCO superconducting thin films. Constraints resulting from the need to achieve long delays on small substrates and the unavailability of some directly applicable models for simulations will be addressed.
