Abstract: In2Ga2Fe2O9 and Sc2Ga2Fe2O9 are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of M2O3 (M: In, Sc), Ga2O3, and Fe2O3 (air, 11375—1400 °C, 24—30 h).
