Abstract
- For the ternary system Ba-Cu-O, the polycrystalline samples with different Ba/Cu ratios were prepared at interaction between barium nitrate and copper (II) oxide. Using XRD phase analysis, have determined phase composition of the synthesized complex oxide and analyzed variation of powder diffractograms with thermal treatment time. It was found that formation of single-phase products occurs at Ba/Cu ratios 1: 1 and 2:3. The electrical properties of cuprates were studied with the impedance spectroscopy technique, while the oxygen index was determined using iodometric titration.
