Abstract
- EXAFS data in the temperature range 18 to 120 K were analysed using theoretical phases and three asymmetric model radial distribution functions: two Gaussian convolution models and a simple asymmetric Gaussian model. The convolution models were unable to reproduce the experimental phase shifts, whereas the latter gave good agreement. The results are compared with those from cumulant analyses. Multiple scattering analyses for the 18 and 120 K data using this model are also presented.
