Abstract
- The high temperature deformation behaviour of medium Mn steel (0.2C7Mn) at deformation temperature of 950°C~1150°C, strain rate of 0.001s-1~1s-1 and reduction of 60% was conducted by Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulator. According to the stress-strain curve, combined with the deformation structure, the effects of different deformation conditions on dynamic recrystallization (DRX) were analyzed. The flow stress model and DRX fraction model of the test steel were established by using the Arrhenious constitutive equation relation and Z parameter. The hot deformation activation energy of the steel was 382426J/mol. Finally, the comparison between the predicted curve and the experimental curve showed that the predicted results of the calculation were consistent with the experimental results, which proved the reliability of the model.
