Transient Phase Locking of the Spin-Transfer Nanooscillator

In this work, the spectral analysis of signals with the use of spin-transfer nano-oscillator in the external phase locking regime is investigated. This work is motivated by the spintronics, spin-transfer nanooscillators (STNO), neuromorphic computing. A mathematical model of the spectral analyzer based on the STNO is considered. Using methods of oscillation theory we analytically found its main performance characteristics, which are compared with similar, obtained numerically. The results found in this paper can be used in the experimental study of spectrum analyzers based on the STNO and various spintronic devices.
