Risk of arterial and venous thrombosis and bleeding complications in CAR T-Cell recipients

CAR-T cell therapy is a novel and revolutionary therapy for hematological malignancies that has a profound impact, especially in case of chemotherapy-refractory cases. Large trials have reported multiple adverse events, but none have analyzed the incidence of bleeding and thromboembolisms in relation to CAR-T Cell therapy. As there is currently an ongoing exploration of the incidence and characteristics of bleeding and thrombosis risk after CAR T-cell therapy, there is no existing published synthesis that incorporates both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed literature. The purpose of the project is to conduct a scoping review assessing the risk of thrombosis and bleeding in CART cell recipients
