Abstract

The vulnerability of many of the existing methods of protecting important documents of the enterprise and, first of all, paper documents, from fakes and falsification is shown. The analysis of the applied methods of protection allowed us to single out the technology of the voice signature (VS) of the document as one of the most promising. The essence of a VS is the transfer of special so-called audio markers in the document containing biometric information about the author of the document, as well as the most significant information of the document. The use of audio markers is an additional degree of document security. Their use makes it possible to identify cases of drafting documents under duress or in inadequate conditions. For this purpose, as part of the VS, it is proposed to transmit also information about the tremor of the fundamental frequency (FF) of the author’s voice. This indicator correlates with the current functional and psycho-emotional state of a person. A technology is proposed to minimize the reverberation effect, which is usually present in the office of the management team of an enterprise. Experimental studies have shown the possibility of reducing the degree of influence of this effect by 5–9 times.
