Flow Cytometric Analysis of Nuclear DNA Content in Head and Neck Tumors

The nuclear DNA content of head and neck tumors (57 malignant, 20 benign) was determined by flow cytometory (FC M).We used fresh specimens and analyzed the ploidy pattern, S phase fraction and G2M phase fraction.
