Abstract
- A quality control program, aimed at the problems to be solved in the technology of digitalized copying of medical records, is formed by adopting the process of standardizing the copying process, setting human intervention and system intervention for quality control by specially assigned staff, quality control and setting quality control feedback system and similar measures. The quality control program is integrated with self-inspection, total inspection and sampling inspection for each section including medical record receiving, binding, packaging and delivering, medical record digitizing and similar functions. By adopting the system, the whole-process quality control based on the management of medical records is reinforced, the medical record copying quality is effectively ensured and the medical record management efficiency and level are enhanced accordingly.
