Research on experimental accuracy of laser Z-scan technology

Abstract

Z-Scan technology, which has the advantages of simple experimental device, convenient operation and high sensitivity, is widely used in study of nonlinear optical properties of materials. However, Z-Scan experiment is influenced by experimental environment, equipment, optical parameters and other factors, which will result in large differences in measurement data, and affect the calculation of three-order nonlinear optical polarization coefficient. Based on introducing the basic principle of laser Z-Scan technology, the paper focuses on the laser Z-Scan experiments, analysis of the factors that influence the measurement accuracy of Z-Scan, and put forward the corresponding method to improve Z-Scan experiment precision.
