Improvement of the organizational structure of the management system of the international organization 'AUGUST' LLC

Данная работа посвящена анализу и совершенствованию организационной структуры ООО «Август». Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучение Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð² построения Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€ предприятия; 2. Анализ организационно-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности и организационной структуры ООО «Август»; 3. Выявление недостатков организационной структуры ООО «Август»; 4. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию организационной структуры и оценка Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸. В результате исследования осуществлена разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию организационной структуры предприятия, а также оценка Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸. Реализация Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ экономически обоснована.
The given work is devoted to analysis and improvement of the organizational structure of organization “August”. The research set the following goals: 1. Studying of the theoretical foundations of building organizational structures of an enterprise; 2. Analysis of the organizational and economic activities and organizational structure of organization "August"; 3. Detection the shortcomings of the organizational structure of organization "August"; 4. Development of recommendations for improving the organizational structure and assessment of their effectiveness. The study resulted into development of recommendations for improving the organizational structure and assessment of their effectiveness.The implementation of the developed activities is economically justified.
