Design of Servo Positioning System Based on PID Variable Structure

The direct-drive servo motor is servo product with high performance widely applied in the fields of robotics and manufacturing due to its special construction and high-precision design. Considering the working principles of laser engraving machines, as well as the impact on the dynamic and static performance of the control system exerted by PID controllers frequently integral correction link in the process of start and stop, this article describes in detail how to achieve accurate positioning of direct drive servo motor by adjusting PID parameters.
