Are Markets Efficient After All? Criticism on Shiller’s 1981 Paper

We claim that Shiller's analysis of the efficient market variance inequality suffers from statistical and conceptual errors which falsify his conclusions. We detail the errors and provide an analogy to demonstrate them.
