Abstract

In order to optimize the planning and investment construction of multi-station integration (MSI), this paper proposes a comprehensive indices system for safety and benefit evaluation of MSI. According to the characteristics of safety and benefit of MSI, the method divides the indicators into normative safety indicators, general safety indicators and benefit indicators, while the whole index system is divided into target layer, category layer, indicator layer and sub-indicator layer. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a fuzzy evaluation operator model is proposed to calculate the index. Finally, a hierarchical dominant fuzzy evaluation model based on multiplication operator is built. Case study results show that the method can accurately evaluate the comprehensive attributes of MSI.
