GENETIC VARIANTS RELATED TO LIPID METABOLISM AS A RISK FACTOR TO LATE-ONSET ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE

Background: Genetic polymorphisms in genes regulating cholesterol metabolism have been suggested to risk factor of developing Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
