Abstract
- This paper presents the results of a study on the effect of water soluble aminosugar chitosan on the components binding in biocompatible composite materials that are intended to replace tissue defects. The effect on the binding of single-walled carbon nanotubes with a protein filler, albumin and collagen, was evaluated. The experimental samples were formed by evaporation of the water component from the dispersion by ytterbium laser radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse duration of 100 nm. Binding studies were carried out using the methods of vibrational spectroscopy (IR and Raman), and the data on the scaffold morphology were supplemented with the results of confocal microscopy.
