Abstract

The present investigation deals with the transient analysis of Markovian queue model with multi stage service. Here, current analysis deals with M/M/1 queueing model with finite capacity. The arrival of the customer in the system follows Poisson process and the customers are served following exponential distribution. The brokendown server is immediately send for repair process so as to become as good as earlier. Transient analysis of finite Markovian queueing model has been studied using Runge-Kutta method. Various performance measures like queue length of the system, waiting time, throughput, service state probabilities have also been obtained.
