Abstract: OECTs soaked in an electrolyte for up to 40 days produced with a low swelling mixed conductor, poly[3-(6-hydroxy)hexylthiophene] (P3HHT), showed enhanced stability in their electrochemical performance in comparison to PEDOT:PSS-based OECT.
