ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTS OF THE ELECTRONIC - ACUPUNCTURE OF 'HOATUA JAJIE' POINTS ON THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR WAIST SYNDROME

Background: Lumbar waist syndrome is one of the most common diseases in the world as well as in Vietnam. Objectives: Evaluating the effects of the electronic – acupuncture of combine with “Hoatua Jajie” points on treatment for lumbar waist syndrome. Methods: The sample is 64 patients diagnosed lumbar waist syndrome, divided equally into two groups of study and control group. The treatment term had lasted for 15 days. Results: The study group has better result (p < 0.05) with very good level (25%) good (43.75%) and moderate (31.25%). There was not any unexpected effects observed in this trial. Conclusion: The electronic – acupuncture of combine with “Hoatua Jajie” points is safe method and has good effect on treatment for lumbar waist syndrome.
