Abstract

Micropolar fluid model is considered to discuss the microrotational inertial effects of fluid particles. The fluid movement is initiated through stretchable disk, which is engulfed into porous space. Porous medium is characterized in numerous engineering processes, geophysics, petroleum technology and biological tissues. The generalized Fourier’s law that is the Cattaneo–Christov model is utilized for to study the heat transfer mechanism. Moreover, the thermophoresis phenomenon is reflected in flow phenomenon. The constitute model is initially consists upon the system of partial differential equations, which is then converted to ordinary one by making use of appropriate similarity variables. Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg procedure is then used to obtain the numerical solutions. The determined physical parameters are discussed through graphical way and tabular description.
